Natural family planning (NFP) has become accessible thanks to Drs. John and Evelyn (Lyn) Billings, along with Prof. James (Jim) Brown and Prof. Odeblad, the founders of the Billings Ovulation Method. These doctors and scientists laid the ground work for scientific validation of natural family planning methods.
